Where can I purchase the bonus shows?
I received my login information but it doesn’t work.
Make sure you enter your email address in all lower case letters and your password in all upper case.
Its Friday, where’s the bonus show?
We will post the bonus show every Friday at approximately 4pm EDT.
How do I download the bonus shows and ringtones?
- Make sure you’ve logged in to your account (http://www.mikeomearashow.com/member-login/)
- Once logged in, make sure you’re on the member home page
- Roll your mouse arrow over the link titled “BONUS SHOW…”
- RIGHT CLICK that link (or “control-click” for Mac users) and you’ll notice a small window pop-up with some menu items to choose from.
- Depending on your browser, choose to “Save file as…” and save it to your computer. (Remember where you save it!)
Is there a way I can stream a bonus show right from my iPhone or iTouch?
Yes and no. Bonus Shows are not set-up to stream through your iPhone directly. But there are ways around this…
- From your iPhone go here: http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/download-manager-pro-lite/id348573579?mt=8 (it redirects you to the app store)
- Download the free app and then launch it.
- Navigate to our website within the app and go to your Member Home Page.
- Tap the show link you want to download to your phone.
- Listen & enjoy!
How do I get the bonus shows in my iTunes library?
You’ll be able to import the audio files (MP3) into your iTunes library easily. Once its there, you can add it to your iPod or iPhone like you would with a song file. For instructions: support.apple.com
Ok, its in my library but not in the podcast section. How do I move it there?
Once you have the file in your iTunes library you can modify it to appear in your podcast directory.
1. Find the file in your iTunes library
2. Click it once to highlight it
3. Right click it and select “Get Info”
4. Then click the “Options” tab
5. Change “Media Kind” to “Podcast”
Can I edit the show title, add album art, etc?
Yes, follow steps 1 through 3 (above) and click the “Info” tab.
The Bonus Shows are in my iTunes library but why aren’t they on my iPod?
You’ve got to make sure to sync your iTunes with your iPod. If you believe you have successfully sync’d your iPod but still don’t see the show on your device, follow these tips from About.com. iPhone specific tips can also be found HERE.
Are the bonus shows available for purchase from the iTunes store?
Yes they are! Please note that if you’ve purchased a show or subscription from OUR website, you won’t be able to download it from iTunes. Instead, you have to purchase the shows or ringtones directly through iTunes at: http://itunes.apple.com/us/artist/the-mike-omeara-show/id377212961
Is there anyway that I can play a bonus show “on the go” on my iPhone without syncing it with iTunes?
Yes you can. You can download a free app from the iTunes App Store that will allow you to download a Bonus Show or ringtone directly to your phone. Get it here: http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/download-manager-pro-lite/id348573579?mt=8. Then find the file on the TMOS Member Home Page using this app and follow the app instructions.
How do I get the ringtones in my iTunes library?
First thing you need to do is import the ringtone files to your iTunes library (just like you do with the Bonus Shows). Follow the steps from support.apple.com. Then, follow these steps from ehow.com
