Mike, Marc Maron is an angry, self-obsessed treasure. He’s also appeared on Conan more than any other guest. I was listening to his recent WTF Mel Brooks interview last week and thought of you – Brooks tells a pretty great story about Buddy Rich giving him drum lessons back in the day. I loves me some Robb, but he completely missed the mark in declaring Maron a bad interviewer. He’s pretty much the best.

totally agree about Maron. It’s hard to listen to someone once or twice and determine their ability to do their job. Many of the people on the list today were fellow podcasters, including Tig Notaro, who is a lady.Look up her story, she has had a horrible time lately, including breast cancer and several deaths in her family.
