Hey guys,
What does “does not include mobile solutions” mean for the $50 package? I get audio files that I can stick into iTunes and sync to an iPhone, right? Standard mp3s?
For the VIP Gooder & Goodest packages, can I watch the on demand video on a mobile device, or is that computer only?

Previously, our bonus show had trouble streaming on mobile devices and we’ve created a solution for this. You are correct that adding it to your iTunes library and syncing will always work so this we’re offering a solution to streaming problems. You should be able to watch on demand video from any internet-ready (or smart phone) mobile device.

My fiance bought me the 2013 bonus show audio files and she printed a thing out that had the redemption code on it. I’ve searched high and low on the site here but haven’t found where to plug in that redemption code. I was a 2012 subscriber so I have a login but didn’t see anywhere on there to redeem my code for 2013

There should be a URL address included with the gift code. If it was given to you digitally instead of printed, there should be a link you can click thru. Let me know if that doesn’t work.

Marc, Is it possible to buy a downloadable file of the Reno show. I want to watch on my Ipad/Apple TV. I’ve pretty much given up any use of a DVD player and would want to avoid the trouble of having to convert a DVD to a file.

Will you be posting any of the Bonus shows for purchase via iTunes? I’ve got some credit with them and I’d like to use it to get some of the bonus shows there rather than go through another route (and spend more money).

Marc, I’m unable to find where I can buy individual bonus shows on the website. The only options seems to be yearly subscriptions or other types of packages.
